We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Prepare journal entries and assist with posting to the general ledger.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with Great Plains of Microsoft.

Speaking/writing Romanian language is a plus.
