We are looking for a full-time Diagnostic Auto Mechanic to join our team. If you're the go-to person for figuring out complex vehicle issues, we want you. In return, you'll get top pay ($68,640 per year, plus performance bonuses), and enticing benefits and perks like health insurance after a 90-day probation period, a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match, an employee discount, sick pay, 5 days of paid vacation after the first year of employment, and 10 days of paid vacation after the second year.

GET FAMILIAR WITH THE POSITION

As a Diagnostic Auto Mechanic, your day starts with a challenge-an electrical mystery, a drivability issue, or an engine that just won't run right. You dig into the problem, using your diagnostic expertise to find the root cause and recommend the best fix. Between diagnostics, you handle routine maintenance like oil changes and inspections. You also keep detailed repair notes, flagging your billable hours, and work in a shop where your skills are valued and rewarded.

Schedule: Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with most days wrapping up by 5:30 PM. No weekend work is needed, and any overtime is paid daily.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

5+ years of experience as a diagnostic technician

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

Can flag 35 billable hours in a 42-hour workweek with excellent paperwork documentation
