We are seeking a motivated Lien Analyst Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get started in the legal profession and learn aspects of personal injury law.

As a Lien Analyst Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to Lien Analysts in our Medical Lien Negotiations department. Working closely with our Lien Analysts at the conclusion of a personal injury case to coordinate the payment of medical liens to our providers and disburse settlements to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist Lien Analysts with the organization of medical bills and liens at the conclusion of the personal injury case.

Verify the balance of medical bills with all providers and have providers bill insurance accordingly, if necessary.

Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including closing documents to clients.

Maintain accurate client records, ensuring they are kept up to date.

Identify any errors or discrepancies in medical billing and assist in correction.

Qualifications:

Must be highly motivated and detail oriented.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.

Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process is a plus, but not required.
