Requirements:

VA License

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited School of Physical Therapy

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive medical services, including initial examinations and treatment, to incarcerated individuals

Document patient symptoms, diagnoses, and relevant information in their medical records

Comply with the department's medication formulary and provide clinical justification for any deviations

Consult with the Department's Office of Health Services as needed for guidance on inmate care

Refer patients to specialized healthcare providers when their conditions require expert care

Respond to emergency medical situations by conducting additional visits within the facility

Perform any other assigned duties as required
