- GSA: 36-48; minimum of 36 hours, maximum of 48 hours
- Shift Details: 8 & 12 hr Variable Day/PM/ Shifts -
- Primary Location:Spring Grove, MN
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
- Required Certifications: MN RN License & AHA BLS
- Minimum Experience: 2+yrs RN experience, 1yr in LTC
- Charting Experience: Matrix preferred
- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)
- Unit Information: Unit Information: 43 bed long term care facility and clinic. Night : 1 nurse, 2 CNAs. Days/Evenings : 1 Charge Nurse does treatments, prns, and narcs and 1 nurse or TMA on the other cart that passes all medications
- Desired Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
Scrub Colors: work appropriate solids or prints
