Entry Level Manager Trainee – $65,000 - $115,000 - North Huntingdon, PA

The Role

Do you enjoy working with people and leading by example? Ready to step up into a management role, even if you don’t have previous experience?

If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, call centers, sales, or manufacturing and feel you have more to offer, this could be your chance to break into management with full training and ongoing support.

In this role, you’ll be trained in our proven sales processes and then take on the responsibility of managing and motivating a team of sales associates. Your team will speak to homeowners about scheduling free estimates for their home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and implement our sales processes

Support and motivate your sales team to reach daily and weekly goals

Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback

Engage with customers and help schedule appointments for home estimates

Attend training and team meetings as required
