Salary: $80k-$90k

Seeking an Executive Chef to oversee multiple outlets in an Upstate NY Casino and Resort

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality with a diversity of food and beverage management positions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills with the mental acumen to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment.

Must have multiple outlet experience

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, developing and managing a team and brand

Minimum 5-year experience managing a coordinator or team.

Casino experience and Gaming license preferred
