The Opportunity

As a Software Engineer I (Flutter) at FreshAhead, you'll contribute to the development of groundbreaking mobile and desktop applications that transform how agricultural professionals engage with technology. This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering journey who is excited to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on real-world problems. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and gain hands-on exposure to cross-platform Flutter development. What You'll Do

Develop Innovative Applications

Contribute to building scalable, high-quality Flutter applications for mobile and desktop platforms.

Collaborate closely with designers and fellow engineers to craft intuitive, user-centric experiences.

Work with the team to support and maintain application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.

Participate in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.

Collaborate with team members to actively participate in code reviews, rigorous testing, and debugging processes.

Innovate and Grow

Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter development.

Continuously learn, develop and refine your technical skills.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional products.

Learn to translate user and business needs into high-quality, functional applications.

Who You Are

1–2 years of direct experience with Flutter is required—whether through industry work, academic projects, or internships.

Hands on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Flutter applications.

Strong grasp of software development fundamentals, design patterns, and best practices.

A proactive learner that thrives in a collaborative environment with excellent communication abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent coursework experience is preferred.
