What You’ll Do
Champion continuous improvement efforts across all plant operations—identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement strategic solutions that streamline production.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Engineering Team, setting a standard for technical excellence and collaborative innovation.
Design and implement improvements to equipment and systems that elevate output, reliability, and quality standards.
Oversee end-to-end process improvement projects from concept through validation and audit, ensuring measurable business results.
Solve complex quality issues through structured analysis, proactive action planning, and effective resource deployment.
Deliver training and coaching on Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems to drive a culture of operational excellence.
Create an inclusive and engaging environment that attracts, develops, and retains top engineering talent.
Partner with leadership to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
At least 5 years of hands-on process engineering experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting—ideally with exposure to product trials, testing, and customer feedback.
A minimum of 3 years successfully managing or leading high-performing engineering teams.
Lean Six Sigma training or certification strongly preferred.
A passion for driving positive change and a proven ability to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.
