The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Analyst to join our Intelligence team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting the sales process through data-driven insights and collaboration with internal teams. You will gather key aircraft data, including pricing, specifications, and features, and enter it into our proprietary analytics platform. Additionally, you will contribute to market and value analyses, assist in creating client-facing presentations, and support the sales team by managing essential data and CRM records. Your ability to collaborate with industry professionals and internal team members will be key to your success, as you help drive the sales process and deliver high-quality results across multiple projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Data Collection & Market Research: Gather and enter accurate aircraft information and pricing for all core markets. Collaborate with industry analysts to obtain data and pricing guidance, utilizing research tools to capture aircraft history, specifications, and market trends.
Sales Support & Deliverables: Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including presentations and market analyses, to support aircraft acquisitions, brokerage, and inventory management.
Lead Management & CRM: Manage inbound leads and inquiries, answer phone calls, respond to client communications, and track details in the CRM (HubSpot) for follow-up and coordination with internal teams.
Appraisal/Valuation: Conduct detailed aircraft valuations to support listing agreements, sales pricing, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market trends.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with sales and other internal teams on various projects, ensuring smooth communication and task completion.
Professional Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted relationships within the broker community, staying informed on market trends and pricing.
Desired Qualifications & Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with DOMO for report generation and creating client-ready deliverables is a plus.
