Drafter, Designer, Engineer

Waukesha Bearings, part of stable and growing $8 billion Dover Corporation, is hiring multiple drafting, design, and engineering positions at our Pawcatuck CT location. This team supports engineering for government contracts, so US citizenship is required.

We are looking for a Drafter, Designer, and Process Engineer. If you have a drafter or mechanical engineer background with SolidWorks, 3D modeling, and/or manufacturing process background, we'd love to hear from you. Small component background also appreciated!

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Entry level with some AutoCAD experience to Manufacturing/ Process Engineer level available

SolidWorks experience preferred

Component design and measurement (calipers, surveying instruments) experience preferred

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Salary ranges from $57,000- $80,000 depending on experience
