We are actively searching for a bilingual Executive Assistant to support one of our Aventura based clients. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the calendar and travel for a key executive. This is a great role for an Executive Assistant that enjoys administrative duties as well as projects and presentation support.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties for executive management
Act as initial point of contact for internal and external clients
Complete and submit expense reports
Reconciliation of credit card charges
Update and manage client contact and investment information in company database
Project coordination - utilization of Excel to analyze and present data in an effective and compelling manner
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills and PowerPoint knowledge
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluency in both Spanish and English
