JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigations into motor and generator failures.

Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis.

Lab testing of electric drive components and systems – performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or agricultural engineering with 1-2 years’ experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Electrical testing experience.

Product development experience.

Failure analysis experience.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Organization, documentation and communication skills.
