Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer - FinTech

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to play a key role in the evolution and support of proprietary trading platforms used by global institutional clients. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in JavaScript, with deep experience in ReactJS (v16+) and Node.js, and has a strong understanding of system design and application architecture. Key Responsibilities

Contribute across the full development lifecycle, including technical design, development, deployment, and production support

Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for internal and client-facing applications

Collaborate closely with trading, research, and engineering teams to design responsive, real-time applications

Integrate solutions with core trading systems to support performance and scalability

Assist in the development of white-label trading platforms tailored to client requirements

Evaluate new technologies and contribute to architecture decisions that improve our stack

Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and system reliability

Provide day-to-day support for the applications and help drive ongoing enhancements

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, including advanced skills in ReactJS and Node.js

4+ years of experience applying design principles and building responsive UIs with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS

Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and best practices for schema design and data integrity

Proficiency with Git for source control and experience working within CI/CD pipelines

Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, particularly RHEL

Exposure to NGINX, load balancing strategies, and network protocols (TCP/IP)

Prior experience with real-time systems or applications handling high throughput data

Background in FinTech or financial services is a strong plus
