RF IC Test Engineer

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing RF IC Startup, which offers GaAs or GaN on Silicon device technology for PA, LNA and other RF front end circuits. They are targeting 5G, 6G Wireless Infrastructure, SATCOM and Defense markets. Their heterogenous Compound Semi on Silicon device structure allows for better performance and versatility in design.

They are currently seeking a Lead RF /Test and Characterization Engineer who will perform test on Power Amplifiers, LNAs, and other circuits on chip for RF front end modules that will be integrated into Phased Array Antenna technology. We need a BSEE or MSEE with 5-10 years of experience in RF/Microwave Test and Characterization of Compound Semiconductors and/or Silicon Integrated Circuits up to 100GHz in frequency range.

We need someone who understands RF theory and has worked with RF test equipment including network analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters, and spectrum analyzers.

Reliability and HTOL qualification experience is a huge plus.

Location is in Santa Barbara.
