A well-established, high-volume hospitality venue located in Long Beach is seeking a passionate, experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive continued growth. Position Summary:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of venue operations including staffing, service execution, financial performance, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong business acumen and a hands-on management style, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, safety, and compliance

Drive financial performance through cost control, labor management, and revenue growth

Ensure the guest experience meets brand standards and exceeds expectations

Recruit, train, and retain a strong and motivated team

Maintain positive relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Uphold health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Represent the brand with professionalism, hospitality, and integrity

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager preferably in a high-volume hospitality or nightlife environment

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams

Strong understanding of P&L management, labor costs, inventory, and scheduling

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills

Hands-on, solutions-oriented management style

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
