Job Title: Revenue Cycle Consultant

Industry: Home Health care

Location: Brookfield, WI (onsite 1-2 days/week for this role)

Hourly: $80-90 an hour (if you need more in terms of pay, please let me know your hourly rate)

Job Duties/Summary:

The client is not a direct healthcare provider – they support in-home care facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities (group homes, adult services).

The consultant would need to create a Revenue Cycle Management function

This person would help identify the roles and responsibilities of the function

Figure out who will manage/reporting function/structure

Ensuring the proper benefits are in place

Oversee the recertification of in-home licensing

Documentation Management

Billing management and capture

Must Have:

Sr. Manager/Director level experience in Revenue Cycle Management

This person would ideally come from a Senior Care/In Home Care space, as opposed to direct healthcare provider (i.e. Hospital). A blend of experience would work as well.
