Azure Developer

TECHEAD is seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Azure applications that support system integration across the enterprise. We're looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies to drive innovation. Our client is a leading non-profit, faith-based organization.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based solutions to support enterprise integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver scalable and secure applications

Contribute to architectural decisions and implement best practices for cloud development

Support and enhance existing Azure applications

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, challenge the status quo, promote the adoption of modern technologies and processes, and inspire continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

Development Experience (2–3 years):

Azure Logic Apps & Function Apps

Azure API Management

Azure Service Bus

Azure Key Vault

API Connections

Azure Integration Services

.NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript

HTML, JSON, XML

Familiarity with Azure Event Hub and Event Grid

Microsoft Azure Developer Certification (strong plus)

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

HTTP, HTTPS, REST, OData, CORS, SOAP

Microsoft Visual Studio

Azure DevOps (including source control, work items, build and release management)

Microsoft SQL Server

Best Practices:

Test-driven development (TDD)

Enterprise-level development experience, considering infrastructure, support, and data administration

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Quick learner with a passion for emerging technologies

Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Education:

Technical degree or equivalent experience in software development or a related field
