Controller

We’re seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions at our Louisville manufacturing site. This critical role combines deep technical expertise with strategic partnership - working alongside plant leadership to deliver financial insights, drive cost savings, and fuel growth.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll:

Lead all financial operations: cost accounting, inventory control, and transactional processing

Own monthly close, budgeting, and compliance activities

Partner with Plant Manager, HR, and Sales to identify and drive operational improvements

Implement internal controls and optimize financial processes

Translate data into insights that drive real business decisions

What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong cost accounting and inventory control experience

Proven ability to lead finance within a plant or facility setting

ERP fluency and exceptional Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and forecasting

Analytical mindset, strong communicator, and natural cross-functional collaborator
