Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads for one or multiple product lines. As BDR, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and nurture prospects through the entire sales funnel. In doing so, your main objective is to prospect and qualify leads, conduct initial sales presentations, and guide potential customers through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential end users for specified divisions and product lines of Flow-Tech through high volume prospecting (70-100 activities per day).

Conduct initial conversations to identify potential applications where Flow-Tech’s technology can benefit an end user’s operation.

Communicate value and return on investment (ROI), technical functionality of a given product line.

Book meetings with qualified leads to introduce them to senior members of the business development team.

Provide direct support to business development team.

Collaborate with management to expand sales pipeline that leads to closed revenue.

Qualifications

You are able to take a project and run with it. You value organization, are thorough in your work, take ownership of your projects, and have a desire to contribute to the larger goal at hand.

Intermediate knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Confident with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Detail-oriented, thorough follow-up communication, and effective project management.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete projects on schedule and on budget.

Must be comfortable working in a dynamic small company environment, helping the entire team and company succeed.
