Contract Administrator - Construction

This commercial and residential property owner/developer/builder is one of Long Island's premier real estate firms, leveraging three generations of experience to continue growing it's footprint as both a developer and third party construction firm.

As part of this continued growth, they are currently looking for a Contract Administrator. Working closely with the Director of Operations and VP Preconstruction, this role will be responsible for reviewing contracts, tracking changes, resolving disputes, supporting the PM's, preparing reports and, ultimately, spearheading compliance for both in-house and third-party GC projects.

They are looking for Contract Administrators / Contract Managers with 5+ years' experience and with at least some experience working on third-party construction contracts.
