Controller

Controller- $125,000 to $140,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE)

Excellent Controller opportunity for a growing privately held company near Ephrata, Lancaster County. The Controller is the “top” financial / accounting person at the company and will report directly to the family owners.

The Controller will manage a team of 5-6 professionals BUT will be very “hands on”. The Controller will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including managing the accounting close process, financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and financial systems.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 10 years accounting / finance experience required.
