Position : Design Architect

Location : Cedar Rapids, IA ( only local no nonlocal candidates please)

Major Skills:

3 to 7 years of architectural design experience.

Experience should ideally include work on actual built projects (not just academic or conceptual work).

Proficient in Revit (essential for BIM/drafting)

Familiar with Lumion (for renderings/presentations)

Able to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator – likely for design boards, graphics, etc.)
