Instructional Designer

We’re supporting a well-established organization in the energy/utilities sector as they look to add a Instructional Designer to their staff training team to create training manuals and course content.

Location: Midland, TX - onsite

Basis: Contract (6 month contract)

Rate: $35-40/hr - 10-20/hrs of overtime available per week at 1.5x hourly rate

Role Requirements

* Experience in instructional design or technical writing for training materials - ideally engineering. * Experience within Oil & Gas or another Industrial sector (Construction etc)

* Previous experience within and engineering role is ideal.
