Position: Help Desk Specialist
Contract: 12 Month Contract with possible extension/conversion
Pay Rate: $17.22 - $20.00 / Hourly
Hours: 40 hours
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55075 – Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite
Training Shift:
8am-4:30pm
Post-Training Shift Schedule:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM – The only time this schedule changes is for evening shift/weekend shifts.
*You will rotate on weekends and the rotation on weekends is every 7-9 weeks. TOTAL of 40 hours every week.*
IF you work a weekend shift its 9:30-6 PM
IF you work a evening the shift would be Tuesday – Friday 12 PM – 8:30 PM
Must Haves:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in Information Technology and help desk support
Plusses:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or related field
• Previous work experience in a computing environment including support for desktop, network, and server equipment to include knowledge of patch management and package deployment.

We are looking for a Senior Service Center Representative to work with client employees and international users and exercise judgment within the defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be detail oriented. This position is Hybrid.
