Autocad Drafter

QPS is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a CAD Designer position with the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) department. This candidate will be responsible for completing lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings. Tasks include the following.

· Completing drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, photos, and internet map images.

· Peer review of other designers’ drawings as part of a quality control process.

· Address drawing comments based on redlines from clients, project managers, engineers, and other designer’s peer reviews.

· Keep files and materials in orderly manner, following standards

· Be a TEAM player

Job Knowledge and Requirements

· Certification in CAD Design or Associates in CAD Design.

· Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD..

· General office skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

· Problem solving skills
