Job Title: Junior DotNET Software Engineer

Location: Lake Forest, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Experience: 1 year to 4 years

Salary Range:

W2 with Company Benefits: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

C2C (Self-Incorporated) without Company Benefits: $40 – $45/hour

Visa Status: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only (No sponsorship)

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# / .NET Core for microservices architecture.

Contribute to front-end development with Angular and JavaScript to create intuitive user interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver innovative features.

Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced engineers, including direct guidance from Prabhat.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust, scalable applications.

Must-Haves:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong foundational knowledge in C# / .NET Core (primary focus).

Basic experience or exposure to Angular and JavaScript (secondary focus).

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Experience: 1 year to 4 years of professional experience in software development.

Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Visa Status: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no H1B or OPT candidates).

Location: Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite) at our Lake Forest, CA office.

Local candidates preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Exposure to HTML5 or modern web development frameworks.

Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies.
