Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customs brokerage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and stay organized
Experience with CargoWise is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Process customs documentation for air and ocean shipments
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and track shipment status; provide regular updates to clients
Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with international customs regulations and company policies
Manage shipments from start to finish while adhering to company policies and industry standards
