Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Avaya Voice Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of the Avaya suite of products and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex voice infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for the following Avaya products:

Session Manager

Session Border Controller

Communication Manager

System Manager

Avaya Aura Device Services

Call Management System

Avaya Media Server

Application Enablement Services

Support and troubleshoot third-party integrations with platforms such as:

NICE

InGenius

Virtual Hold

Cisco Unity

Cisco UCM

Enghouse

Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configurations

Maintain documentation and change control processes

Participate in on-call rotation as required

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with Avaya Unified Communications systems

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a complex, enterprise voice environment

Experience integrating and supporting third-party telephony-related platforms

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
