Legal Assistant

We are looking for a detailed oriented person who speaks both English and Mandarin Chinese well. We require that a candidate for this position be able to start working on site immediately. This position has the potential for promotion to an Associate Attorney position if the candidate holds a law degree and is admitted to the bar in any State in the future.

Responsibilities

Manage files and provide logistics support to lawyers

Assist lawyers in the preparation of immigration forms, and other legal documents

Communicate with clients and government agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts field

A law degree is preferred

Speak and read Mandarin Chinese

Detail oriented

Experience working in an office environment
