Are you a YouTube editing wizard with a track record of growing creator or celebrity channels? We’re looking for a high-performing, creative video editor to join our content team and help take our YouTube series and brand storytelling to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Edit compelling YouTube videos using Final Cut Pro with a strong focus on pacing, engagement, and retention

Help grow channels by implementing editing techniques proven to increase watch time & subscriber growth

️ Add dynamic motion graphics, captions, sound design, and creative polish

Collaborate with our in-house creative team—partially on-site at our Santa Monica office

Manage footage, project files, and delivery workflows

What We’re Looking For:

Expert-level Final Cut Pro skills — please include your portfolio!

You’ve grown or helped grow a YouTube channel for a creator, influencer, or celebrity (links and metrics appreciated)

Based in the USA — and ideally available to work part-time in Santa Monica

Strong creative instincts and storytelling chops

Self-starter, problem solver, quick turnarounds

Bonus Points For:

Experience with thumbnail design

Familiarity with vlog, podcast content or branded series

Deep understanding of YouTube analytics & algorithm behavior
