QA Lead Workday ERP Testing

We are currently seeking a QA Lead to oversee end-to-end testing for our Workday implementation as part of a larger ERP conversion project. This role will focus on leading the testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance of Workday modules to ensure a successful deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, experience with Workday testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA planning and execution for Workday end-to-end testing

Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases

Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test coverage

Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

Provide regular status updates and ensure timely issue resolution

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Lead on Workday or ERP testing projects

Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with large-scale system implementations preferred
