Canadian Payroll team is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience writing user stories and working with Java Dev teams to develop features and enhancements for Workforce Now Canada NextGen Product and applications

Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement. Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. Determines most useful business solutions for the company. Recommends alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals.

At Least five (5) years of experience as a business analyst, gathering requirements from tech teams, writing user stories, working on product backlog with product owners, etc. in enterprise environments

Experience with Canadian Payroll, must have an understanding of canadian tax rules and regulations

Canadian payroll/tax domain knowledge is extremely important

Knowledge of APIs
