We're hiring on behalf of a global leader in real estate and facilities services for a Hybrid Automation Manager (BMS) position based in Cincinnati, OH.

What You’ll Do:

Perform planned maintenance (PPM) and address BMS-related faults

Monitor alarms and system performance, taking proactive action

Provide technical support for BMS and mechanical interfaces

Optimize control logic and sequences for energy and operational efficiency

Manage system updates, documentation, and change control

Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and resolve system issues

Lead or contribute to BMS projects, including MSI (Master Systems Integration)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Niagara, Trend, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar BMS platforms

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage system changes and collaborate across teams

Experience in high-performance or critical environments is a plus

Must be located in or able to commute to Cincinnati, OH
