Our confidential client is seeking an HR/ Recruiting Manager to join their team!
This is a key position focused on building robust HR strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Lead the recruitment process: posting jobs, building and managing a strong and diverse talent pipeline, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
• Optimize and manage our applicant tracking system to streamline recruiting operations and enhance candidate experience, delivering a best-in-class hiring experience
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and discretion
• Champion people-first initiatives and partner cross-functionally to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Manage employee experience feedback and requests
• Help organize and execute company-wide culture building events (e.g., lunches, happy hour, basketball games, holiday party)
• Be first in line to assist employees with benefits-related questions and concerns
Qualifications
4+ years' experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment
Ability to be in- person in NY office, Monday -Thursday
"Get stuff done" attitude and eagerness to be in a fast-changing environment
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Experience working with tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Rippling, or Workday is a plus
