Head of USA – Freight Forwarding

A respected and growing international freight forwarder is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of USA to lead its U.S. business across all branch locations. This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for P&L performance, sales strategy, operational execution, and team leadership nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all U.S. branch operations across multiple states

Lead and mentor regional operations, sales, and management teams

Take full ownership of P&L performance and financial health

Set national sales strategy and ensure alignment with growth targets

Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across branches

Build a performance-focused culture with clear KPIs and accountability

Act as primary liaison between U.S. branches and global leadership

Qualifications:

10+ years of leadership experience in freight forwarding or logistics

Proven experience overseeing multiple branches and teams across the U.S.

Strong background in both commercial and operational strategy

Hands-on P&L management experience is essential

Track record of business growth, team development, and strategic execution
