Akkodis is seeking an Automation Engineer for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.

Rate: $60-61/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Location: Can sit in either the Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office

Project Summary:

Data warehouse migration and data pipeline from GCP to Azure.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

Build test data auto generator, data validation framework, Power BI dashboard validation and test automation for new data pipelines.

What skills/technologies are required?

Python: 5+ years

SQL: 5+ years

Familiar with data quality check, data pipeline and load testing: 5 years

API test automation (Postman, ReadyAPI or similar tools)

Azure cloud knowledge

Familiar with Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins and different test automation libraries

Understanding of Data system and ML concepts

Good communication and problem-solving skills

What skills/attributes are preferred?

Playwright (front end test automation experience)

Power BI
