Data Engineer

Candidates for this position must have a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid) - Candidates will be able to work from home and will also have to be local and available for hybrid work to access the secure facility.

SourceFactor's client is a Data Science and Engineering focused Federal Government Contractor supporting a customer at the Pentagon. We're helping them find a Data Engineer with a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, working with both relational and NoSQL databases, and ensuring data quality and accessibility for various stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required

3 or more years of relevant data experience

Proficiency with RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and data streaming technologies preferred

Candidates must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Due to the security requirements of this role, all candidates must be US Citizens with a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
