Job Summary:
At Illuminate USA, we’re on a mission to empower our teams through learning—and we’re looking for a Learning Architect to help shape how we do it. In this role, you'll bring structure, creativity, and strategy together to elevate our learning experience. From managing project intake and timelines to supporting our Workday Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our training programs are not only effective—but inspiring.
You'll be the go-to for system configuration, data accuracy, stakeholder support, and user experience improvements, all while helping bring engaging learning content to life. Your work will directly support associate development, business goals, and a learning culture that grows with us.
Responsibilities:
Lead project intake for the Talent Management team, tracking capacity and helping prioritize what gets built next
Partner with department leaders to plan and organize impactful learning and development initiatives (internal and external)
Support training logistics—including prepping materials and making sure everything runs smoothly
Own day-to-day management of our LMS (Workday Learning): user setup, campaigns, permissions, troubleshooting, and overall configuration
Build and share insightful reports—covering completion rates, compliance data, and trends to help teams make smart decisions
Collect feedback and continuously improve the LMS experience
Collaborate with our training design team to help create engaging, effective learning experiences that leave a mark
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
3–5 years working with LMS platforms (Workday Learning experience is a big plus!)
Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio skills, with a strong grasp on data and reporting
Problem-solver with an eye for process efficiency and continuous improvement
Strong communicator and team player—comfortable working across both technical and functional teams
Eager to learn new systems and tools with a proactive mindset
Experience supporting process improvements and system updates
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI e-learning standards
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360
Knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
