Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in South Seattle. This role involves recruiting front-line skillsets such as drivers, supporting a full-time person, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, be comfortable with administrative duties, and preferably be fluent in Spanish to work effectively within our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Line Recruiting: Actively recruit drivers and other front-line skillsets to meet the target of 60 drivers by August.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Background Checks and Monitoring: Conduct background checks and monitor compliance.
Technical Skills: Utilize Teleo Business Addition, People Trail (First Advantage), and Docusign for recruitment processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with mechanics and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Must-Haves:
Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, particularly for front-line positions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges and find effective solutions.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Teleo Business Addition, People Trail (First Advantage), and Docusign.
Ability to work with a diverse team and communicate effectively in Spanish.

Compensation:
Salary Range for this position is: $35 - $40/hour.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
