This particular BA is for data team so a in addition to standard BA experience (see below), here are some key qualities that would make them stand out as a candidate:

• Data literacy

• SQL proficiency

• Understanding data warehousing & ETL processes

• Data modeling concepts

• Proficiency in Visualization and BI tools

• Data governance and quality awareness

Here are the BA general key responsibilities-

• Writing requirements for the RFP process for the upcoming ERP project

• Defining and documenting business requirements

• Process mapping and analysis

• Writing User Stories that will feed into development team refinement sessions

• Documenting acceptance criteria

• Being the liaison for the business in IT discovery and prioritization meetings

• Running refinement sessions

• Participate in discovery and completion of the estimation model

• Coordinate QA and UAT

• Facilitate the CAB change management process
