Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Columbus, OH
Compensation: $60,000-67,000
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
Some hands on accounting experience preferred
CPA or Masters track in preferred
Be able to adapt and work with all different types of people.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review intercompany reconciliations and help prepare consolidated financial statements
Reviews and monitors changes to the internal control and accounting structure; make corrections as needed
Compile reported information for annual and quarterly reporting
Manages the cash flow reconciliation and consolidation process
Monitors reporting and audit schedules, performing maintenance on the chart of accounts
Oversee balance sheet reconciliation to make sure they are accurate and thorough.
Applies standard GAAP methods; makes recommendations to improve practices or procedures.
Overseeing all accounting related to pre and post-acquisitions, including research, reporting, and updates
