Commitment to Accessibility:

Additional Skills:

Experience in Angular applications integrating with Java/J2EE will be addons.

Responsibilities

Develop Complex Flutter Applications: Architect, build, and maintain large-scale Flutter applications for mobile, desktop and web platforms, focusing on creative tools.

Optimize Application Performance: Implement advanced techniques to ensure smooth, responsive user experiences across various devices and platforms.

Implement Sophisticated UI Features: Design and develop intuitive, artist-friendly interfaces and interactive elements that enhance creativity and productivity.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers to create robust Flutter solutions.

Implement Comprehensive Testing: Establish and maintain thorough testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability in Flutter projects.

Integrate User Feedback: Analyze and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the functionality and user experience of Flutter applications.

Maintain Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, including writing clean, maintainable Dart code and conducting regular code reviews.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. We value skills and experience over formal education.

Flutter Expertise:

Extensive experience (3+ years) in developing complex, production-ready applications using Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.

Large-Scale Project Experience:

Demonstrated experience working on large Flutter projects with complex architectures, serving significant user bases.

Cross-Platform Development:

Proven track record in creating Flutter applications that work seamlessly across multiple platforms and devices.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.

User-Centric Approach:

A commitment to user-centric design and development, with experience in gathering and integrating diverse user feedback.

Collaboration Skills:
