Infrastructure Project Manager (Data Center Migration)

Overview:

The Technical Project Manager will support the Digital Infrastructure Simplification and Modernization Program. This role involves developing, implementing, and executing delivery plans for various workstreams and factories. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program management professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, particularly within the financial services sector. They must be adept at communicating technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for workstreams and factories.

Change Management: Implement and oversee change management processes across project scope.

Milestone Management: Maintain and monitor workstream milestones and dependencies.

Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues as they arise.

Communication: Develop and execute communication plans aligned with program communications team.

Stakeholder Engagement: Host regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.

Compliance: Align with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the workstream.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and remove friction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Data Center Experience: Experience in data center build-out, cloud migration, and app modernization/transformation.

Executive Communication: Proven experience in executive communications and strategic engagement with professionals and managers across multiple lines of business.
