Description:

Company Overview.

We’re in a unique point in time where the demand from decarbonization and AI data centers have required the world to scale energy infrastructure at rates never seen before in the history of humanity. Luminous Robotics, Inc. addresses this generational problem through flexible, physical AI robot fleets for construction and operations of solar energy infrastructure.

We are a fast moving startup having established ourselves as a leader in solar automation. Within the past 12 months, Luminous has developed three generations of LUMI robots and brought online clean energy for thousands of homes in the U.S. — the company is now scaling into large scale commercial fleet deployments.

We're looking for experienced and talented engineers and technicians to help scale fleets of LUMI robots globally.

About the Role.

Luminous is seeking skilled robotics engineers to join our founding team, who have not only worked at world class companies, shipping thousands of robots into production, but have also built, scaled, and exited multiple startups.

We are an early stage startup with high growth potential – the candidates will report directly to the founding team and will have a significant equity stake in the company. We are looking for self-driven, passionate, and ambitious builders who not only have an immense desire for the betterment of our planet, but strong leadership qualities to make it happen.
