Role: Procurement Data Analyst I(Medical Devices)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

What You’ll do:

Analyze and manage large data sets extracted from Oracle ERP systems.

Identify duplicate or inconsistent supplier records and recommend consolidation strategies.

Execute approved procedures to deactivate redundant records and consolidate parent/child relationships.

Review new or updated supplier submissions for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Finance, IT, Operations, and Quality.

Prepare and present regular status updates, highlighting progress and roadblocks.

Recommend improvements to standardize data entry and enhance data quality long-term.

What we are looking for:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data filters, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems or similar enterprise systems.

3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier data management.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience with supplier records management strongly preferred
