Our client, a luxury watch brand, is hiring a temporary Client Service/Front Desk Advisor to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will start as soon as possible and continue for at least three months. Candidates must feel comfortable covering the reception desk as needed.
Job Duties Include:
Perform data entry and ensure information on repairs, client information, and billing is accurate
Assist with preparation of admin paperwork for service repairs, including estimate approvals and invoices
Assist in coordinating appointments
Provide coverage for reception desk as needed
Additional administrative duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
Customer service and front desk experience required
Luxury experience preferred
Admin and data entry experience
Comfortable in a client facing role
Salary: $21/hr
