Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Guide and assist engineering department employees in the development and design of custom mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems

Supervise the electrical and electronic integration of system components to ensure quality and functionality

Conduct feasibility studies for customer requests to assess viability and potential challenges

Provide technical guidance to project engineers, project managers, and external sales representatives

Manage the engineering department’s budget and profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines

5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering design, feasibility studies, and project management

Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Strong knowledge of fabrication and engineering workflows
