Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support our trial attorneys in a dynamic personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving trucking accidents, construction site injuries, premises liability, and product liability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to trial attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and various motions

Monitor and manage discovery deadlines and ensure timely production of materials

Serve as a primary liaison between the firm, clients, and medical providers

Maintain and manage both pre-litigation and litigation case files

Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of case materials and medical records

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred

3+ years of civil litigation experience

Strong understanding of litigation procedures and personal injury law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively

Experience with client communication and case management systems preferred
