Manufacturing Engineering Manager

This role is in office five days in Dover.

This role will oversee Engineering and Quality - will lead product development, improve manufacturing processes, and drive quality excellence in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

You’ll manage a talented team of engineers, oversee our ISO 9001/AS9100 quality system, and play a key role in delivering custom electrical components to some of the world’s most demanding industries.

What You’ll Do:

Lead engineering teams in product design, process development, and manufacturing support

Own the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with industry standards

Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and root cause analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and operations

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years in engineering and quality roles (3+ in leadership)

Background in precision manufacturing (aerospace/defense/industrial preferred)

Experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
